When you trigger how do you count the days past ovulation?
This has always confused me with my iui cycles.
When you take a trigger shot how do you know how many days past ovulation you are?
Because 12-36 hours trigger shot will work we don’t know exactly when are body releases the eggs.
Need some answers and opinions. If I triggered Wednesday evening at 7 by Friday should be ovulation or would it be Thursday?!
