TTC after Paraguard Removal

I start ovulating on the 23rd... it will be my first time. Anyone else had the Paraguard and tried to get pregnant after? Luckily it was non-hormonal so I haven’t experienced any weird body crashes. However I still have a fragment of the IUD still in me. Caused by my old IUD becoming embedded and during removal it broke leaving a piece suck in my cervix wall. I had a D & C, and hysterscopy to remove fragment but they couldn’t pull it do to the size. It’s not life threatening but I read in a medical journal that retained fragment IUDs there’s no history of women trying to get pregnant so just looking for answers. I talked to both doctors and because it’s such a rare occurrence they don’t know the out come. The fragment won’t work anymore as a BC. So I guess I’ll try it out and hope for the best.
