AIOs and doublers?? FTM here 😊

So guys, I just scored 15 pre-loved bumgenius freetime AIOs for $90, plus extra elastic for future use. I felt so thrifty, considering they’re $20 each brand-new! They all look to be in great shape! I have been reading that microfiber doesn’t absorb as well as natural fibers, and that kids can outgrow the absorbency quickly. Bumgenius sells doublers to add to the absorbency. Would that solve that issue so I can get longer use out of them? Should I hold off on building my stash more until after baby is here and I can see how it all works? I want AIOs because they are most like disposables and easier to use (which equals my husband being on board!). I don’t mind the washing and extra drying time, if it equals easier and quicker diaper changes. I don’t know anyone personally who cloth diapers so I was looking for some advice from people who have BTDT. Thanks so much!
