20 weeks TMI

Hey ladies! I’m 20 weeks and some days today and I noticed the last few days I’ve had weird period like cramps in my lower back. However, today I got it in the front (near my pelvis) and it felt like cramps you get when you need to have a BM. So I went and I’m not constipated but right after I was done I got horrible pain near my right ovary and my right kidney area. It still hasn’t gone away and has been about 15 minutes. anyone else get this sort of pain after a BM around 20 weeks pregnant? It’s sort of worrying me but there’s no blood or anything!

*im not constipated and I didn’t strain so I don’t know what could be causing this 🙁
