Laparoscopic Cerclage

Hello all! I am pregnant AGAIN and terribly worried. I have lost 3 times half way through pregnancy. Twice without cervical cerclage and once with none. My two daughter both required cervical cerclage but it was a long, draining, and depressing time of bedrest and still being in pain from the pressure being put on the cerclage. Now I am weighing what other options I have and a transabdominal cerclage is one. I was wondering if anyone has had one and if it absolutely requires a cesarean delivery or not. All information that I can find is not clear. I am afraid of surgery all together and would prefer to have my baby vaginally if possible. Thanks in advance
