Warmest coat/jacket that’s safe for a car seat

So last year my LO was 18 months and she had a hand me down Northface fleece that was perfect for those freezing mornings. She had two layers of her clothes and then the fleece and it kept her warm enough from the door to the car and while the car wanted up. I’m having a hard time finding the same one and even if I could find it in her new size NF is so expensive. Any outwear you love at a reasonable price?

I LOVE the north face Thermoball coats for baby/Toddler. They are a little pricey but they are as warm as a big puffer coat yet thinner than fleece. Perfect for car seats in winter!

I got that insulated packable north face. I actually bought it last February for this Winter at the clearance price. You may want to check out North face outlet store if there’s one nearby you! I also saw Nordstrom or Nordstrom rack has north face on sale too.

Also interested in this. I’ve been looking for a north face-ish jacket with a lower price. I feel like they’re all so extra puffy this year 😩

Cold Control Lite from the Gap is warm and compressible so should be car seat safe as long as you use the right size
