Is it safe to do intense workouts during pregnancy?

So I just got a positive test result this morning!! I’m super excited but now wondering what type of physical activity level is safe during pregnancy.

I’m currently an American Ninja Warrior (extreme obstacle course type activities) and extremely active. I work out about 5 days a week and push myself VERY hard. It’s a lifestyle that I don’t want to stop but want to make sure it’s safe for baby.

I have a few competitions in the next few months that I want to still compete in. Is that safe in the first trimester? What about the 2nd trimester.

I feel pretty in control during my training for the most part, but every once in a while things get a lil sketchy and you fall into padded mats from 10 - 14ft high or you feet get swiped out from under you abruptly during a fast balance obstacle.

Help?!? Any and all advice appreciated!! 🙏🏻
