Nervous

So we have our anatomy scan today. We know that we are having a little girl because we did the genetic blood testing but I’m terrified that they’re going to end up finding something wrong with her organs, mainly her heart, because I was on lithium for my bipolar disorder until I found out that I was pregnant. I stopped taking the lithium as soon as I found out (around 4.5 weeks) but I’m still worried that it could’ve affected her heart and other development. Has anyone else ever been in a similar situation and it turned out just fine?
