I don't know if people typically post anything like this. But I need help from mothers and mothers to be. I am 10 weeks pregnant and found out Thursday that I have miscarried. They called it a "missed abortion". They  said the baby stopped developing at my last ultrasound which was almost 6 weeks. I am up in the air about letting my body miscarry naturally or should I get the d&c. Doctor said my cervix is already red, inflamed, and irritated. I just wanted to get some opinions. This is a hard time so I am having trouble thinking clearly.
