Need some advice

At lunchtime yesterday I got a faint positive on a free,not taken with fmu and had drank loads and I wondered if it was left over hcg from my miscarriage in august.i had a d&c 8 and a half weeks ago and got my period exactly 4 weeks after it and going by my cycle before the miscarriage I'm now 3 days late but this morning I started bleeding again so I guess what I'm asking is if it's possible to have ovulated twice after the d&c but still have hcg levels high enough for the frer to have been positive? This is all so confusing am I pregnant again or is this all from the miscarriage?
