I have had a fever off and on....help

I've had a fever off and on for about a week now. It is ranging between 99-102. I am having some stomach pains.i have had clear discharge at random times. I've been vomiting 90% of what I eat. I cannot seem to keep it down. I have a cough but no plegm. Cough and cold meds (4brands) are not working. I've been trying to conceive but no luck. Could I be pregnant? I'm due to start on the 17th.
