Would you mention a tiny speck of red blood in your discharge to your dr?

I go tomorrow afternoon. I’ve had cramping/Braxton Hicks since yesterday around noon. They finally calmed this morning for a few hours but are starting to pick back up. I thought I was just constipated(sorry tmi) but I went this morning and I just went again, and when I wiped(yes I’m sure if cane from my vag) it was a lot of discharge(probably from pushing #2 out) and a tiny string of red blood. 
Should I call the drs office now or wait until Tomorrow afternoon??

This was my post. I’m 26 almost 27weeks. I went in and baby was good, so far no cervical change. Dr said that sometimes cramping can be the start cause of cervical change. I registered two contractions in an hour not close together so he wasn’t considered. Just said if I start having more bleeding enough to soak a pad or start having contractions 2/3min apart for a few hours to come back. I follow up with my dr today so we’ll see what she says. I’m still cramping a lot. It’s more on and off now rather than constant. Still feeling Braxton Hicks here and there. Might just be irritable uterus. I don’t think I have uti since they didn’t mention the possibility last night. My bp was slightly elevated(has been last two times I’ve gone to the dr but not bad just slightly over 120 when before it was always under, I had PIH with my son) and I am severely anemic. So a lot of factors that my dr will consider.
