Has anyone ever had to terminate a nonviable pregnancy?

Has anyone had their doctor recommend ending your pregnancy while your HCG was still rising? It’s such a heartbreaking situation since I’d like to believe in miracles, but my HCG has been very low and super slow rising, so they’ve said it’s not a viable pregnancy and are concerned about ectopic. If I wait long enough to see anything on an ultrasound, I could be putting myself at risk of rupture. 😣
It feels so surreal to be grieving numbers from the lab when I‘ve otherwise felt great without any bleeding or pain.

Yup. I had an ectopic rupture. Lost a liter of blood, and was in a very dangerous situation. All the while my hcg was rising just like it should. Can they do an early scan to try to locate the baby for you? If I were you I’d insist on that.
I had my first scan at 8 weeks and that’s when they found a mass on my right tube side, and tons of blood in my abdomen. It was too late 😔 you don’t want to mess around and have it rupture

How far are you? 
I had a misdiagnosed miscarriage at 7 weeks. Was told to get a d&c because my levels decreased. I’m now going on 13 weeks. Miracles do happen

I’m miscarrying. 😞 Levels already dropped down to 15! Not the result I wanted, but so relieved that it’s not ectopic and my body will take care of things within the next few days and can try again much sooner.

Well with an ectopic your blood levels are higher than they should. I had levels close to 4 months when I was only 7 weeks with my ectopic. I say don’t give up if your levels are still rising.

Yes I had to on June 1st at 15 weeks 6 days due to amniotic fluid rupture and there was no fluid left. It was heartbreaking but baby wouldn’t have grown lungs and a whole list of other problems. Was the worst decision to ever make!

I let one go naturally at 10.5 weeks. Was very small and normal miscarriage. My second sac was still growing  but no baby i waited then scheduled a d and c but started hemorraging badly and had to go to er for er sugery. Almost had to get a tranfusion.

Three times. HCG was doing what it should but two ultrasounds a week apart showed no growth. I’d feel weird without doing an ultrasound first. Seems like they should be able to see a sac at least if it isn’t ectopic.
