Bfp after ectopic

Treated for an ectopic back in April withe methotrexate & both tubes were saved. Af is due today or tomorrow. However this happend last night. I have had headaches with nausea, appetite increase, back pain and mild cramping. I'm really worried. Going to doctor as soon as I can next week.
