Low Estrogen on Femara question

Hi everyone! I’m on CD 10, took 5mg Femara CD 3-7. I went for my day 10 ultrasound and blood tests today. They called to say my follicles were “really small” and to come back for another ultrasound on Saturday. My blood tests show that my LH and progesterone are in the ovulating range, but my estrogen levels are super low, in the post menopausal range. I haven’t had this interpreted to me by a doctor yet and won’t until next week so I was hoping for some opinions or similar stories 😭 do you think my Femara dose was too high? And do you think that my follicles will grow?! Or does this mean I probably won’t ovulate this cycle?
