What in the world is this?

So the last couple weeks I’ve had this blood blister looking thing on my face, I’ve washed with soap and water, I’ve used some acne products on it, I’ve used polysporin antibacterial cream. I’ve put bandages on it- I don’t know what to do anymore! I’m 39 weeks pregnant and I thought it would go away but it’s not and I don’t know how to get rid of it! I just want it gone!

Anyone have any recommendations ?! I’m going crazy over here ☹️☹️
