UTI symptoms?

I was diagnosed with a UTI and it led to some tingling inside of my vagina. This was about three weeks ago. I finished my prescription but it’s still tingling every now and then. I asked this question earlier and everyone said herpes. I know it’s not herpes because it’s been the same feeling everyday for a few weeks. I know a little about herpes and I know that you get the tingling sensation when an outbreak is coming in the next two or three days. I haven’t had an outbreak, or a bump, or burning. Just this tingling feeling. I know I waited almost 3 months to get seen for it, and that’s because I thought it would go away with some monistat (I thought it was a yeast infection.

Anybody ever have a UTI that took some time to recover?

Also. Yes, I am sexually active and I did have a full work up three months after my last encounter with my partner and everything was negative
