Mothers who had/ have nipple piercings ?

I have a couple of questions and looking for info from real people.

I got both my nipples pierced in July and I love them so much but they are not healed and I just became pregnant in stuck between if I should take them out and just get them after our baby is older or trying to keep them in. I know it takes awhile to heal. So I thought if I just let them close I will be able to breast feed. I am only haveing on child as I am having a hysterectomy after I give birth so if I get them redone after I shouldnt have any suprise pregnancy. Or should I try to leave them in and see how that goes? I'm worried they wont heal in time and I wont be able to breastfeed. any information would be amazing!
