My son is now 4 days old and will always fall asleep on me while he’s feeding or when he’s done feeding. The problem is as soon as I try to put him down anywhere else, he fusses and eventually ends up back with me. We’ve tried the pack and play, bassinet and the rock and play and 4moms just to calm him but he won’t settle or sleep long.

He’s feeding so often I can’t get anything done or a break to nap with him on me constantly on me. And he obviously can’t sleep like this forever.

Any suggestions?! Not sure what else to try or if this is just an initial phase.
