hy is my baby suddenly waking up hysterical at night

The past two days have been incredibly rough. My 10 week old is suddenly waking up every hour at night screaming bloody murder. She is clean, and has to be full since she was fed recently. I thought it may have been colic and gave her medicine but nope, still woke up. I am at a loss, not sure what to do.... only thing that quiets her is my breast, I want to cry... she has never slept through the night but she is usually a calm baby, I have never heard her cry like this before.
