Concerned anybody help me out?

So I had a C-Section 3 months ago just over to be honest and last month I had the implant fitted into my arm where I bled for about a week witch I expected. There was some clots in that also but I just put that down to what Ever was left inside and it was better out than in!

For the past week or so ive had sex a few times and found I’ve actually started to bleed after intercourse! I’m so worried should I be or is this normal with the implant or with having a baby I don’t no...... anybody else experienced this before? Thanks x
