Overweight on vacation

Has anyone been really overweight and went on a cruise or other beach vacation? I'm extremely big and I can't seem to lose weight no matter how much I try.. I'm going on a cruise the beginning of January and im scared I'll be miserable and self conscious the whole time. Has anyone gone and not felt that way? This is a stupid post I know.. I'm just trying to find comfort I guess 😪😪😪

Edit: thank you ladies. I will try to find a suit that helps me feel more comfortable and confident! Also, my cruise is leaving from Galveston TX and going to cozumel Mexico, Belize, and somewhere else over there lol. It's always warm in those places year round.
