Does anyone go to therapy?

No judgement please. I feel like I need to go but I don’t know what for or what I’m really trying to get out of it. I’m dealing with unexplained infertility, a past abortion, I don’t feel happy, lots of childhood things (parents divorced when I was 7, mom passed away when i was 10, moved to a new house with the woman my dad was having an affair with who was my babysitter). Just a lot. I guess i answered my own question but idk what I’m trying to get out of It. I would love some advice, thank you in advance!
