When the earliest you can actually start feeling pregnancy symptoms??

I’m having sore tender breast, the right one sometimes have a shooting pain in it, I have felt like I wanted to throw up but just the watery mouth shit, I’m bloated, and things I normally drink or eat all the is tasting funny (sometimes).. all this started happening about two-3 weeks ago and period ended on 10.2..

Please help me out😊
