11 mile walk / hike at 19 weeks - anybody else do this?
My hubby and I are touring San Francisco on foot. We ended up walking almost 11 miles yesterday. Half it with a 20-30 lb backpack. My feet were killing me by the end of the day.
I've been having cramps for the past couple of weeks. Could be round ligament pain? Could be the glyburide that doc has me on. But I felt it even more yesterday.
Anybody else do a ton of hiking and not have issues in the second trimester? We did some extreme uphills considering its SF.
