Would I know if something happened to the baby?

I’m 17 weeks & 2 days pregnant. All of my ultrasounds, test & exams have been normal & everything has came back as normal as possible. But I’m still a worry wart it’s horrible and I don’t wanna stress because I know it’s bad for the baby but I don’t feel pregnant (I know that’s to be expected in this trimester) but i rather be sick & feeling pregnant than not (i had very bad all day constant sickness from week 6-13 and it only stopped because i started taking medicine, I’m over it now tho!) One of the reasons is I had been feeling the baby move about everyday but now I’m going on day 2 of not feeling it... I don’t have another ultrasound or appointment until November 2nd. So I guess I’m just asking would I know if something happened to the baby? Or would I not know?

You’re still early at this point and won’t feel your Baby move everyday, you’re lucky to be feeling movement at all at 17 weeks. 
You begin to monitor your Babies movements and patterns after 26/28weeks no reason to be concerned before then. 
If all scans etc have been normal you need to learn to relax and just enjoy you still have some time to go and will drive yourself insane. 
I am 38 weeks into my Second Pregnancy and have never experienced more than aches and pains as my Pregnancies have Progressed. No sickness etc.

At 17 weeks you won’t feel consistent movements, they didn’t start until around 26/27 weeks for me. Your baby still has so much room in there that if they move positions you might not be able to feel them. 
To be honest I have felt pregnant for most my pregnancy as I’ve had no sickness, I’ve had a few other problems here and there but generally my pregnancy is going really well and a lot of women are the same. The only reason I really feel pregnant now is because she kicks all the time.
I know it’s easier said than done but try not to worry 💕

If you're worried, you can always go into the clinic and tell them you're not feeling baby move and they van check you with a doppler for the baby's heartbeat
