this is gross but I'm not sure what to think😖

Okay, so I'm pretty sure its just my mucus plug but this is my first pregnancy so I could be wrong. I'm posting because I'm scared it could be an infection and just want your opinions.

I'm 37 weeks and since the day before yesterday I've been having this stuff come out of me. Since that day it has increased in size and is more streaked with blood. Huge globs are coming out of me that I didn't think was possible but they're huge globs. I'm just not sure if it's an infection or my plug because more and more keep coming out. What was losing your plug like for you?? Theres just so much.. you'd think it would come to an end at some point. Also, this pic is not a current pic of my situation.. like I said since that day it has increased in size and is more streaked with blood now. It looks and feels like mucus at this point
