Is there a line or not? Please help!

I’m 4 days late on my period. Friday I was retching all day, Saturday the same, Sunday I was sick, Monday and Tuesday the same bad nausea and then yesterday I was sick at work. TMI but keep pooping and it’s quite lose bowel movements 😂, no cramping or sign of period, really bad mood swings and a couple days past ovulation I had a really bad pin point lower back pain. Can’t think of any other reason, and I’m not sure if I can see a line but my sister says she can? Thank you.
