Baby yoga.
Doing a few yoga poses with my girl (22 months) and she LOVES it!! Smiling the whole time and even does it alone!
Can anyone recommend a great baby yoga DVD, YouTube channel, Netflix show, blog.. anything with more moves? Literally the only thing we do is reaching up high, down low and to the side 😳
