So I just got my nipples pierced about 2 months ago my daughter yanked on it a few days ago and it kind of hurts. This is what it looks like before I cleaned it

Not much of a difference I guess but there was puss and I squeezed some out I didn't want to irritate it. But I washed it with anti bacterial soap made sure I rinsed it very good. Then I soaked the cotton pad( what you would use to take your nail polish off...not cotton balls) for a good 20 min w sterile water and the sea salt they give you I also took shot glass and covered my nipples for an extra 10 minutes could my nipples piercing be infected ?:( If I keep cleaning it will it go back to normal ? I do know not to over clean it.
