Prego weight gain
Hey ladies! Just out of the first trimester and I've gained 7 lbs. Im already overweight so I don't wanna get huge if I can help it. Is this 2 much weight? What'd u guys to do control it? I've been eating around 2000 cals (on the days I remember to count them). Thanks!
