What to do for bath time?

Question

I have the Angel Care bathtub support and baby loves it. But she’s starting to outgrow it now at about 25” long and 14 lbs. And she has started to twist and kick during bath time. 
She’s only 2.5 months old and can’t sit up yet so we can’t use a bath seat. What do I do?

Mine is 3 1/2 months. He outgrew his. So basically instead of spending money on something that will last few more months I just wash him in a kitchen sink. Easy one two three.

I had the same problem with my son, he had outgrown the more reclining style bathtub but he wasn’t strong enough to completely sit on his own yet without me holding him, so I bought a Shnuggle. It’s cheap, can fit into most kitchen sinks and

allows them to be a little more upright, but also gives them the support they need. Highly recommend.

I never had a baby bath. When my daughter couldn't sit up she laid down in the bath tub and I filled the water only a little bit so she could kick around in it. She's 9 months now and now she sits in the bathtub and I put more water in it and boy does she love it lol I got a water baby on my hands.

We would put my son in the normal bathtub on his back with the water low and a towel under his head when he got too big for the baby bathtub.

I never got a baby bath. The first couple weeks I bathed my daughter in the sink but it became difficult for me. So I started bathing with her. I personally love it as it is great bonding for her and I.

This is going to sound weird but for awhile I bathed my son in something similar to this:

I put it on my kitchen counter so it was a comfortable height for me. It made it easy for me to hold him with one hand while I washed him with the other hand. Once he was too big for the bucket he was OK sitting up on his own in a normal bathtub. He has always been tall for his age also (94th percentile) so an "average" sized baby would theoretically be use to use the bucket longer.

I put a small towel down under her to stop her from sliding off/down the seat.

I always just super cleaned the sink and washed babies there. It was easier on my back and less wiggle room. Cute baby
