Can I get pregnant after multiple laparoscopies?

Hey ladies. I was diagnosed with stage II endo when I was 19, I had 3 or 4 laparoscopies in between the age of 19 and 22 (I’m 25 now), each time they said I had scar tissue and adhesions around ovaries etc but did their best to remove them during surgery. I am now trying for baby #1 but I’m worried I have screwed up my chances after all the surgery I have had. I had the Mirena Coil since being diagnosed at 19 to keep the endo at bay, that was removed this February 2018 and since then I haven’t had much endo pain at all and my periods have been a breeze compared to what they used to be before I had the coil fitted. Any advice? 💕
