Okay this isn’t exactly a product recommendation, but I didn’t know where to put it and it has to do with products anyway!

Has anyone ever ordered a car seat from Graco website and had issues with it? I placed an order on the 2nd of this month for a new car seat for my son who’s about to grow out of his infant one and it said 5-7 business days but I STILL don’t have it. I also just realized they haven’t even charged me for it yet.. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service multiple times and i get stuck on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer and have received 0 responses to my multiple emails, which they say should only take up to 72 hours. I’m getting so pissed!! I also don’t want to try placing a new order because i placed it during a flash sale that was 20% off, plus had my first time customer 20% off and I don’t want to lost those discounts cause they saved me $50
