I have no friends. Some people I talk to online but nobody I could hang out with in person and honestly none of my long distance friends I’m even close to anymore. I’ve tried to ask my work “friend” to hang out with me and she always skirts it so obviously she doesn’t like me enough to be friends outside of work

But my husband does. He’s always talking to people on his phone and going to hang out with his friends on his days off (he’s off one week a month). how do you not get jealous/upset when the one person you spend time with wants to spend time with someone else? (Yes obviously I know this thinking is unhealthy, he’s more than allowed to have and spend time with friends, I try my damndest to make sure he doesn’t see how bad it hurts me)
