Baby stroller.

So I have a baby stroller that my mother in law bought for me. It's baby trend I'm pretty sure anyways I didn't use it for a couple of months until my daughter was about 4 months since we barley left the house anyways now she's 6 months and we are using it more but I swear it's broken it's always closes ( folds) when my baby is in it when and if I hit a bump to hard shit closed on me in the middle of walking in a cross walk & one side doesn't click in place and it's always crooked also. She got it from Walmart and since it's been so long I doubt they can do anything about it I tried calling and the lady was not freaking helpful at all. Now I'm going to have to buy a whole new stroller. Has anyone had any problems w baby trend ?
