In love with a guy with a gf

I’m in love with my best guy friend but he has a girlfriend. 7 months ago he moved abroad to be with her and I found it so hard to cope with. Missed him like crazy.

He came to visit 2 days ago and now he’s gone again and I’m broken again.

How do I make myself feel better? He’s aware of the situation, he’s my closest guy friend but I guess there’s nothing he can do about it.
