Orgasm to conceive?

Hey girls! I am pretty embarrassed to ask, but I am seriously starting to wonder. We have been trying for a year, and I climax every time he does. Do y'all come everytime you have sex to conceive? I will stop if it means successful conception. The doctor did an ultrasound bc I was having an abnormal period, and found nothing wrong with my uterus and fallopian tubes. So I should be good to go?
