Smoked Salmon
Just need some clarification - is smoked salmon allowed? My midwife says it isn’t and i was eating it throughout the early stages of pregnancy, but have obviously stopped now.
However; i have seen other pregnant women eating it sooo i’m a little confused 🤷🏾♀️
