Colostrum harvesting: tips and tricks
Hi all,
I have been advised to colostrum harvest ready for baby. I had a poor bf journey with my first as we had undetected GD, and she was hypo after birth.
I’ve managed to hand express 0.2ml tonight of colostrum but obviously want to get as much as possible.
Does anyone have any tricks? I’ve tried warm compresses but would love to know how you’ve managed to get your supply up/be able to get that liquid gold!
