I have only had 2 periods so far and there was 37 days between the first day of period 1 and the first day of period 2.

As my periods are irregular because I have just started, how do I deal with this. Do I wear a pad every day in case I start? This seems like a warte of pads though. What if I’m not wearing a pad and I start and then leak? Do I wear a panty liner everyday? If I started my period whilst wearing a panty liner, how long would this absorb my flow for?
