Can anyone help I feel so sick right now and I'm 13 weeks and 1 day pregnant I believe I have the flu with a nasty cold I can't breathe due to being congested my fever is up and down my body aches and my stomach hurts I really don't have an appetite but I force myself to eat cause my baby needs it is there anything I can take over the counter any info will help thanks
