Not sure where to start

We’ll be 19 weeks tomorrow and haven’t been back to the gym since 6/7 weeks because morning sickness. But now my energy has returned and I want to help my body be ready for labor and snapping back easier after having baby but I don’t know where to start. Any tips or advice would be awesome.
