Asking for opinions. Back story; my sister had a history of being flaky/ disinterested in family.

She texted me this morning asking if she could come over and visit with me and mimi( my 2.5yo). i said yes. She would be over between 3-4 pm. This happened. ( the thing with the phone plan is irrelevant. ) My daughter deserves the best and i want to make sure she gets it. I grew up being constantly dissapointed by my family. I can take it.
