my son is 5wks old and has had some baby acne thus far but not so much redness. we spent a few hours yesterday out in the hot Florida sun, I tried to keep him covered but he may have gotten a little sun exposure & was also sweating cause it was so hot. no fever or any other symptoms going on at all...
