Would you inform your child they are considered a "rainbow" babies?

Not every mother or parent, or even guardian, has experienced a lost of a child during or after birth. However, if they were to experience that horrible moment, the road to recovery is one that is not only emotional, but difficult. When blessed with the option to have a baby again, it's a miracle and a huge sigh of relief. As that baby becomes older and grows as you do, would you consider sharing the stories or showing them picture's of their older brother(s) or sister(s)?
