So mad 😡

So petty, but I’m so mad. My stash right now is teeny tiny. 6 pockets and 6 inserts. We’ve been CD our 2 year old for about 4 days now and it’s going great. My mom watched my son for 4 hours yesterday. I sent him with 3 disposables and included 2 of the pockets just in case. My mom is one of those changes when the line just turns blue people so I figured she would blow through 3 sposies in no time. Plus that was all the sposies I had. I told her that and told her she was welcome to buy some to keep at her house but she never did. She made one stop at my grandmother’s house and then went to her house. So I get home after picking up my son and find the dirty diaper he was in when she picked him up not in the wet bag and just sitting in the diaper bag. It was just pee, but I was kind of annoyed that I specifically told her all she had to do was throw said diaper in the wet bag. Not only that but one of my precious few diapers is missing. I’ve told her I only have so few and she was like “well I never used the cloth, so idk” instead of accepting that it could have also fallen out. When I told her we were planning to CD my 2 y.o and NB, when he gets here, she was kind of passive aggressively against it so her lack of care for the matter is super frustrating. One diaper missing throws our routine off now and I have to do laundry twice a day. I do have some flats and prefolds but no snappis. Regardless, looks like I’ll be down another diaper to use as a cover. It’ll be in our budget soon to add more to our stash and losing one diaper won’t be a big deal, I just wish cloth was as simple to get and understand as disposables 😩 everyone I’ve mentioned it to makes it seem so controversial.
