Is anyone else experiencing extreme hunger at 36.5 weeks?

I have barely been hungry this entire pregnancy. I had one week (week 12) where I actually wanted to eat. Ever since then I have hardly had an appetite. All of a sudden I can’t stop eating. It’s crazy. I went to the doctor this morning and everything looks good. They didn’t check my cervix, so I have no idea if I am dilated or anything. The baby seems pretty cozy in there. I am wondering if I just dropped and that is why I now have an appetite? I don’t look like I have dropped, but my doctor said the baby’s head is super low 🤷‍♀️ Blissfully ignorant over here.
