Cracked nipples

I had been exclusively pumping but then I’ve also tried breastfeeding after I received the visit of a Lactation Consultant. After the visit my baby was able to latch for 2 days after, then for the rest of the week was a mission so I decided to go back to only pumping. I started breastfeeding again since last Sunday, but today I got cracked nipples. I pumped to empty my breast as they were full and saw some blood coming from the nipple. Can I use neosporine on the nipples? Do I feed him the milk with a little blood in it ? Thank you !
