Any meds recommended?

Has anyone tried in fertility medicine that has helped them get pregnant? I'm wondering if I should talk to my doctor. I have been TTC for almost a year and it feels like torture every month with BFNs and AF.

I've been trying to conceive with our second child for over 4 years now. Crazy how first one was a big surprise! ;) been thru it all. iuis, surgery, laser, removed and ovary and tube, took out cysts, endometriosis, I mean everything except IVF(insanely expensive!!!) :( so unfortunately I don't have an answer for you. I just had surgery in June to remove endometriosis, my other ovary looks healthy ob says and tube is open so just started clomid this month. Ovulating as I'm typing lol. Hope this is finally my month. Positive love and thoughts to all and baby dust!!!! :))

I tried Vitex but I think that ultimately messed me up more than doing anything helpful. Maybe set up an appointment just to go over your options? I kept getting positives on OPKs but as it turned out I wouldn't actually ovulate. Once the dr figured that out, clomid was an easy fix for me!
